Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day coordination and operations of the COE-H in Sri Lanka.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with government institutions, industry partners, academia, and international experts.
- Coordinate with Sri Lanka ministries and regulatory bodies — scheduling, follow-ups, and official communications.
- Organise and manage high-level meetings and engagements for senior leadership, including the Chairman.
- Plan and execute end-to-end coordination of webinars, training programmes, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Manage Greenstat’s LinkedIn presence and digital communications, including content and engagement.
- Maintain and regularly update the Greenstat website with timely, accurate content.
- Prepare presentations, reports, concept notes, and formal communications.
- Support project coordination, documentation, and reporting across active initiatives.
- Ensure smooth internal communication and workflow across cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Understanding of the energy sector, renewable energy, or hydrogen (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in event management, stakeholder coordination, or project support.
- Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn management, and basic website content handling
- Prior experience with government stakeholders or international organisations is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
