DNV Safety Webinar 1: Introduction to Process Safety & Industrial Risk
Greenstat, in partnership with DNV, is pleased to launch the Hydrogen Safety & Risk Assessment Webinar Series 2026 - an eight-part programme running from July to October 2026, designed to build awareness and understanding of process safety, consequence modelling, risk assessment, and hydrogen safety across academia, industry, and government.
This introductory webinar provides participants with a foundational understanding of process safety, industrial hazards, and risk management principles that support the safe design, operation, and deployment of energy infrastructure, including emerging hydrogen projects.
The session will introduce key concepts such as hazard identification, loss of containment scenarios, safety barriers, and risk reduction measures, while highlighting the importance of process safety in preventing major incidents and improving operational resilience.
