Greenstat Hydrogen India, a subsidiary of Norwegian energy firm Greenstat, has signed an agreement with the Petroleum Development Authority of Sri Lanka to produce green hydrogen in Sri Lanka.
Cooperation between Sri Lanka and a Norwegian company, Greenstat Hydrogen from India, will see the country embark on an ambitious project to produce environmentally-friendly green hydrogen.
Sri Lanka is to embark on an ambitious project of producing Green Hydrogen which is considered as an environment friendly energy source in collaboration with a Norwegian Company Greenstat Hydrogen Ltd based in India.
Minister of Energy, Udaya Gammanpila had a meeting with the Norwegian Ambassador to Sri Lanka, H.E. Trine Jøranli Eskedal on Tuesday (01) via Zoom technology.
